Delicooks course with Iker Erauzkin

We’ve incited Delicooks chef, , to five a course on summer menus.

It will be a fun, participatory class, with wine tasting.

What’s more, you will also get to see how dishes are prepared for a photo shoot to be published in Delicooks.

When: Saturday June 19

Where: Study Becky Lawton. Arc de San Silvestre, Barcelona 1 to 2 April. (Behind Santa Caterina Market)

Time: 11am to 14pm

Limited capacity: 15 people

Nespresso and the flavor of flowers

At the Alimentaria food fair, Iker gives a demonstartion on how to combine flowers with Nespresso coffee. We’ll soon be sharing all the secrets here on Delicooks.
