A new masterpiece by our chef Iker Erauzkin
Our chef Iker Eurazkin surprises us yet again with a new delicious combination. After recently bringing to us his spanish sausage “butifarra with roses”, he has now created an incredible mix between traditional cooking and new tendencies in the kitchen. Black pudding with violets, an explosion of flavours; taste and contrasts.

At the recent food fair, I gave a demonstartion on how to combine flowers with Nespresso coffee. It’s the first time this has been done in Spain. It was a great way to show the publiv all my latest ideas on cooking with flowers. You’ll be able to read all about the countñless possibilities for using flowers in the kitchen soon on Delicooks.
