Minute made yummy starters!

Here goes the recipe:

  • 100g ready rolled puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tomatoes thinly sliced
  • Parmesan cheese o cheddar grated
  • Chorizo thinly sliced

Roll out pastry cut into rounds

Place on baking tray prick, brush with oil

Spread mustard on pastry

Place sliced tomatoes and chorizo

Top with cheese

Season

Place in oven 15-18 min temp 200c gas mark 6
